We partner with you to navigate the evolving built environment challenges

Re Lines enjoys being the relational connector for workplace, institutional, hospitality, and multifamily interior projects - helping a new generation of architects and designers discover quality design partners in manufacturers making recycled and regenerative materials with a strong sensory experience.

Architects and designers are expected to make better material decisions, faster.

Because of the social and environmental impact of their design decisions, the expectation is for architects and designers to specify healthier, holistic, affordable, and durable products that are reliable in timeline, budget, and installation. However the clarity and thoughtful guidance to balance those factors in decision-making is often lacking.

A note from the founder

Hello Dreamer! My name is Larissa Swartz and I look forward to an in-person interaction! Whether you’re here because you’re an architect, builder, creative, craftsman or woman, designer, developer, or anyone else in the built environment for that matter, this space is for you. Not just to find and source materials for your next project (though I’m aware that's often the priority), but to build relationships that go beyond a transactional project basis. And to accept the invitation to dream beyond where you’re at right now. To re-envision what’s possible - not just for a project, but in life as a whole. Your life. Others’ lives. To discover lasting impact and purpose that goes beyond carbon sequestration to something deeper. Even though I haven’t figured it all out, I’m on the way and would love for you to join me. Our connection starts with materials, but has the potential for so much more.

What do you say?

I know that sounds like a tall order, but even if all you need right now is simply sustainable materials, I’m here for that regardless. Just know the door is always open.

So let me tell you before you submit that next drawing, mood board, or spec: YOU have the ability to make an extraordinary difference and you have been designed to make things new. But your impact isn’t just about numbers and performance measured by the amount of CO2 you’ve been able to sequester, or the number of charities you’ve supported, or the number of awards you’ve won. It’s also about who you become along the way and the people you directly impact and benefit - not because of what you built, but because of your presence - whether through work, through play, or anything in between.

OUR MISSION

Re Lines Collective came about from the growing understanding that the kinds of materials we use affect the earth as well as the people who live, work, and play in the spaces we design and build. The drive to constantly design, create, and iterate time and again, comes from the creative spark we have to continually create something new and improved. Additionally it stems from the belief we can find better ways to revitalize and restore both our built environments and our natural one. We renew our attempts because deep down, we believe there is something better to be pursued and attained — even if it means returning to the beginning. With Re Lines, every day, every design, every project, every material, and every person holds new potential.

Re Lines Collective exists to revive lives, cities, and environments one connection and one project at a time. We steward what we’ve been given: resources, time, relationships, and finances, to make things new. Not just theoretically or from a distance, but practically and relationally through real connections. Because real change, no matter how big or how small, is equally important because it comes through genuine and ordinary people like you.

Re

the building block of change. Change is progressive and comes through being willing to look again, try again, create again, think again, build again. Even if it means returning to the beginning.

Lines

primarily, the brands & materials we represent. However, change is always a journey from one point to another. And it’s not always as linear as we would like it to be. The important thing is to persevere and arrive at the next destination.

Collective

because it takes quality people around us - both ahead, beside, and behind - for us to arrive at a transformational outcome. Regardless of title or role, each individual involved has inherent value and a unique contribution to the process.
